Dark Chocolate | White Chocolate | Butter Cookie - Inspired by the famous black and white cookies, which originated on the east coast. We use a chocolate base similar to Cypress, but with more high-fat cocoa, giving the gelato a richer flavor and smoother feel. Of course we add in white chocolate and butter cookies that are brightened with a touch of orange zest.

Mango - A mango sorbet that tastes like you’re eating a ripe, whole mango, just like it should be.

Grapefruit | Strawberry - This vegan sorbet combines 6 pounds of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice with 3 pounds of strawberries.

Maple Syrup | Pecan - A gelato built on 100% organic, pure, dark maple syrup. The deeply caramelized aromas & flavors of molasses, crème brûleè and espresso shine in the gelato. Rounded out with chunks of roasted pecan.

Strawberry + Cheesecake - Cheesecloth is like a decadent strawberry cheesecake. We start with a cream cheese gelato base and add in a fresh strawberry jam and pieces of homemade cake bits.

Cinnamon Milk Cold Brew | Coffee | Caramel - We make a cinnamon milk cold brew with cinnamon sticks, coffee from OB Beans, and milk. That brews in the fridge for 24-48 hours. Then we blend that cold brew with house made caramel, vanilla, and a little extra cinnamon and freeze it into gelato.

Refreshing sorbet, made with 19 lbs of mango and 8 lbs of passion fruit per batch, offering the perfect balance of sweet and tart flavors.

We use cocoa from Brazil that is put through a special Dutch-process that reduces the natural acidity of the cocoa resulting in a rich, creamy gelato, reminiscent of brownie batter.

Our refreshing mint & lime sorbet. Tastes like a mojito or limeade.
